• Shipping policy
    Delivery is automatically offered in Mondial Relay for purchases of € 50 or more. You can nevertheless choose our other means of delivery. Our teams are currently working to expand the carrier offer.

    We are committed to our scale in order to limit our carbon impact by sending your products in recycled plastic bags and / or cardboard packages for bulky shipments.

    Your order is sent within 48 hours after receipt of your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). It will be necessary to add the delivery times by the chosen carrier (48 hours on average for standard delivery in mainland France).

    You will receive an order confirmation containing the tracking number of your package.
  • How to track my order ?
    To track your order, you can click on the link received by email in order to track your package on our site or at any time go to the site of the carrier selected during your order (colissimo or mondial relay), and indicate the number of tracking received by email at the time of shipment of your order. In the event of an unusually long delivery time or an anomaly in the tracking, you can contact our customer service via the contact form below so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier. The carrier's customer service will provide an answer within approximately 15 days.
  • I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
    Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it or modify the information (quantity of items, deletion / addition of items, modification of the means of transport, delivery date - non-exhaustive list ).

    If you wish to return your order to us, please refer to the corresponding section below.

    We cannot be held responsible in the event of an error at the place of delivery resulting in the loss of the package.
  • I received the wrong item
    In the event that you have received the wrong item, we invite you to contact us immediately by email at support@aeonbelion.com with the subject line "RETURN ERROR - ORDER N ° XXXXX". The mail must mention the following information:

    • Your order number
    • The reference of the ordered article
    • The reference of the article received (if available)
    • A photo of the item received with the logo visible
    • Specify if you want a refund or sending a new item

    Once your request is received, we will contact you to let you know that you can return the item to us and will process your request as a priority upon receipt of the package to send you the correct item or proceed with a refund.

    Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, with labels and a piece of paper specifying the order number inside the package. Items must be unworn and unstained.

    All requests for the return of a wrong item must be sent within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • I received a damaged item
    In the event that you have received a damaged product, we invite you to contact us immediately by email at support@aeonbelion.com indicating as the subject "RETURN DAMAGED PRODUCT - ORDER N ° XXXXX". The mail must mention the following information:

    • Your order number
    • The reference of the damaged article
    • A photo of the item received with the logo visible
    • Specify if you want a refund or sending a new item

    In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item to us in its original packaging, with labels and a piece of blank paper inside specifying the order number inside the package.

    We will inform you of this decision by email. Otherwise, we will process your request as a priority to send you a new item or refund it.

    All requests related to a damaged item should be sent regarding the return of a wrong item must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • I want to exchange an item
    We invite you to contact us by email at support@aeonbelion.com indicating as subject "RETURN - ORDER N ° XXXXX". The email must mention the following information:

    • Your order number
    • The article number and the size of the returned article
    • The reference of the article and the size of the article desired in exchange

    We will get back to you by email with the procedure.

    You have a maximum of 30 days after the delivery date to return it to us, in its original packaging and a piece of paper specifying the order number inside the package.

    Returned items are subject to rigorous inspection and must not have been worn, washed or damaged and returned with tags attached, all in their original packaging.

    We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance, in order to protect yourself against any item that we may not receive. You are responsible for the return costs.
  • Returns and Refunds Policy
    In the event that the product received does not suit you, we invite you to contact us by email at support@aeonbelion.com with the subject line "RETURN - ORDER N ° XXXXX". The email must mention the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Your refund request.

    You have a maximum of 30 days after the delivery date to return it to us, in its original packaging and a piece of paper specifying the order number inside the package.

  • Have you received my feedback?
    The return can take between 7 and 21 working days (excluding weekends & holidays) to be received and then processed by our team. You will be notified by email once your return is processed and the refund is made.

    The lead time depends mainly on the service you used to return your item (s). We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance to protect yourself against any items we may not receive.
  • What is the reimbursement period?
    All refunds will be made on the same payment method used for the order. After receipt of the returned item, we will reimburse within a maximum of 14 working days. If the refund is not received on time, contact us using the form below.
  • I forgot my password
